The short answer
go2rtc can expose a named source as an RTSP stream for a separate viewer. Its default RTSP port is 8554; the API interface is a different service. Verify the source inside go2rtc first, then test the exported address using the server host reachable from your Windows computer.
Work through the checks
Add one camera under a clear stream name in the go2rtc configuration. Keep the upstream URL and credentials in your private configuration, not in a shared screenshot.
Verify that go2rtc has received video from the upstream source. An accessible web interface does not prove that the named stream exists or is receiving media.
Check the RTSP listener and any authentication in your actual configuration. With the default listener, the exported path is the chosen stream name on port 8554.
Use the server’s LAN address from another machine. If go2rtc runs in a container, verify port mapping and do not confuse its internal address with the host address.
Open one export in the Windows viewer and compare decoded video, audio and reconnect behavior. Additional transcoding is a separate configuration and resource cost.

Keep source acquisition and client playback results separate. Restrict administration to trusted access and do not expose the API interface as a public playback endpoint.
